Hello, my name is Ash,

I deliver one on one Personal Training sessions and Small Group Training Session in groups of 8-10 people that can be adapted to your individual needs.

After 6 years working as a successful fitness coach, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, health club manager and motivating hundreds of clients and to achieve their goals, I wanted to branch out and become my own boss. In 2020 launching my own boutique Yoga and Personal Training Studio in my own front yard in Sunset Strip, Phillip Island.

My passion is to provide you fun community that you enjoy workout out in everyday. Small class environment allows you to have a personalised experience, faster results, meet new people, feel comfortable and supported while having fun.

I will start working with you on correct technique and building strong foundations, then when you are ready we can push a little harder.

Just wanted to let you know how excited I was this morning after training. Caught my first glimpse of abs in the mirror. Didn’t know I had them, never seen them before in my life.
