Join us for an introduction to the Ashtanga Primary series led by Greg & Tracy Cooper, founders of the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne. Suitable for all levels, you'll be verbally guided through the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, fostering flexibility, stamina, and strength. Experience hands-on adjustments for a deeper understanding, and immerse yourself in a practice that opens the heart, enhances consciousness, and promotes overall wellbeing.
