A yoga class led by Ash means being welcomed into a calmingly casual environment. She will often be “hands-on” when guiding you through poses, which brings a deeper level of awareness and energy to the practice. Ash will challenge you to achieve your potential and you will have a thoroughly enjoyable practice.

*Starting at 22 dollars for one session a week. Small Group training allows you to be supported individual and push to see results fast. Free suspension if you go away on holidays. No lock in contracts and only one week notice to cancel. Small group PT is the closest you’ll get to personal training without the cost!

Private Personal training is a get way to start building an exercise routine. You can do sessions as a once off and/or have a program personalised for you to take to your own gym or you can do sessions weekly. We offer a free consult before staring to assess goals, the style of training you prefer and review injuries or concerns.
